What is the rubber hose (elbow) that comes out of the back of the throttle body that runs into the resonator and back to the valve cover?

Changed my plush and must have lost the small curved hose coming of of throttle body. Must have fallen in a crevice that I can’t get to.

Truck starts but won’t run.

It’s a 1999 F250 with 5.4.
It’s a hose that comes out the back of the throttle body and goes to the bank 3 valve cover. It has a resonator in between. The hose is there but it must be missing a fitting that attaches to the throttle.

I can’t take pictures. Line in East Tennessee and we’re having 6-8 inches of rain between now and Thursday.

Oh wow, that's a lot of rain. There is a hose that goes to the rear of the intake manifold. Please check the image below; let us know how it goes.
