My sister has the vehicle listed above and the horn will not stop honking. We can stop it by pulling fuse #12 under-hood. I'm trying to locate the horn relay but all the diagrams I have found do not specify a "horn relay". Is there one? Or maybe another relay of sorts controls the horn? Thanks in advance. Dave.

If the relay is not stuck the problem is usually in the horn pad itself FYI. You cannot find the horn relay because it is built into the MICU. I would unplug the orange wire at the steering column to see if the horn stops, this will tell you if it is the pad or the relay. Here are the wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and the location of the horn components. Also, here is how to replace the MICU in case you need it. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes.

Wow! Thanks for the fast reply, Ken. Okay, just to clarify, if I pull the orange wire and the horn stops, which means the MICU needs to be replaced, right? If the horn is still honking after I pull the orange wire, that means the horn itself is bad. Thanks. Dave.

You are welcome. If you pull the orange wire and the horn stops the horn pad is bad, if it keeps honking the MICU is bad.
