The horn on my vehicle stopped working all of a sudden. It was perfectly working with no issues until one evening when I needed to use it, it didn’t work. I checked the fuse already and it’s not blown. I suspect a bad horn relay because when I hit the button on the steering wheel, I do not hear the relay clicking. I am unable to find where the horn relay is located in my vehicle. Can someone please help me out with this issue? There is nothing wrong with click spring or the ground at the horn itself.

Just to confirm you change/checked the Horn fuse in the fuse panel under the hood? Here is the location and the location of the Horn relay which is part of the integration relay module as well, I also included the horn wiring diagram so you can see how the system works and how to change the integration. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.

Yes, I have checked the fuse and it’s good. The fuse box that I have on my car looks nothing like the diagram. It is not numbered or anything and I’m still having a hard time figuring out where the horn relay is. I have attached a picture of how my fuse and relay box looks like.

The relay is integrated into the fuse panel subset. I have marked where the relay should be which I believe you will need to replace the unit, or you might be able to open it up to see if anything is burnt.

Thanks for the reply. I got a chance to look at the integration relay box.I was able to pull up the unit up a little bit but all I see are the connectors at the bottom and no relays or fuses. Does this mean that the relay is built into the unit and it requires integration unit to be replaced? I attached some pictures for you.

Yep, the horn relay is integrated into the unit. You might be able to opening it up to see if you can find the relay.

Hello,
My friend just told me that the horn works when the steering wheel is turned slightly one way. However, when it’s centered it does not work. I’m suspecting a bad clock spring but everything else on the steering whee works perfectly fine.
