When I press the horn, it clicks. I have checked the fuse and replaced it. Still not working. When I go behind the glove box, I have checked those relays and fuses all are good. The click I hear seems to be coming from the middle of the dash. Where is the horn relay located? I can't find any info on it anywhere.

Hello,

There is not a dedicated horn relay for this vehicle. It is controlled by the BCM (body control module) when the horn switch is closed. If you can hear the horn switch close, that is a good sign. However, it is very common for a bad clockspring to prevent the horn from working. First, I would test the voltage at the horn when the switch is closed to see if the horn is getting the necessary voltage. You can also use a test light to clamp the hot wire (violet/green wire) and touch the positive battery terminal to see if it will activate. I attached a wire diagram below.

Hope this helps,
William
