Horn location and replacement

My horn barely makes any sound. It seems like it should be replaced.

Could you (a) confirm my thought that it should be replaced; and (b) send me a diagram of its location and remove and replace instructions?

Good afternoon,

The horn is behind the bumper cover in the front-mounted on the radiator support.

I attached the procedure and the wiring diagram for you in case it still does not work.
