Horn fuse and relay and horn location

Good afternoon.
The horn relay is in the under hood fuse block. Verify power to the relay lets use this guide to test. Also I have included the fuse panel and relay location diagrams below for the car with the horn wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works.

Fuse box under hood- Fuse is located #51, relay location #21. Pictures attached. I added the horn location as well
