Horn & Cruise Control just quit working

4.6L • V8 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

Horn started blowing in middle of night. After that horn and cruise not working. Replaced Clock spring, checked fuse and relay under hood, and checked voltage from horn itself. HELP!!!

checkitems in pic that aprepointed out then see if the horns get any power. the switchs may have burnt out. in steering column.
