When I turn my ignition off the horn blares and wont stop

When i turn my ignition off the horn blares and wont stop until the key is turned back on or I unhook the battery. I changed relay and fuse.

have a mechanic scan for codes and check clock spring in steering column.

Checked codes nothing showed and clock spring was check unhooked battery over night it has quit for now, but it started when i hit the panic button on my tudra.

if you went to an auto parts nothing will show as they cannot read that module or used one similar to that if you remove the relay it should not work. It may be a security module problem so have a mechanic do it if not already.
