Horn and windshield wipers not working

Hi, have this car and has low mileage. Now the horn and the windshield wipers stopped working. We checked fuse 20 at AutoZone it seemed okay so don't want to go to Ford they pricey.

Everything else works I know it is 2013 has had transmission recalled twice. Live in DC.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Fuse 20 powers the horn relay. The fuse could be good but the relay isn't, so recheck fuse 20 and make sure it is good and confirm there is power to that circuit. If there is, remove the relay and switch it with one that has the same part number to see if that fixes the horn.

Fuse 18 is for the wipers. Check that also. See pics below for allocation and fuse locations.
