Horn and 4 way flashers will not work

I just recently purchased this nice low mileage car. I noticed that the horn did not work and the speed control does not work. Had the clock spring replaced and the speed control works great. I still have a horn that does not work and my 4 way flashers do not work. The alarm DID work when I bought the car. Does the factory security system have to be reset after a clock spring install? Where would you start checking?

Replace the 4way flasher in the fuse panel. Do u hear the horn relay clicking?

No I do not hear anything from either horn

When u push the horn button do u hear the relay clicking inside the car?Check to see if u are getting power to the horns when u push the button.
