Recently replaced ignition switch and when put back together horn blows constantly

Yep, this happens when the contact plate is grounded or the horn pad is worn out. Make sure the horn pad contact lines up with the receiving end of the contact plate.

Is they're any kind of diagram I have Haynes manual but nothing about the horn

I check in all data there is nothing, the horn blows when the circuit is grounded. Can you remove the green bit so I can see under it? Please upload an image.
