My horn starts to go off on its own when I am driving.

Good morning.
Two things come to mind.
The horn pad is too sensitive and keeps the horn blowing
The alarm system is going off while you are driving.
Do the lights flash while the horn is going off?

Okay, then most likely the horn pad is causing the issue. you can just replace the horn pad by itself.
