Horn not working

Horn on my truck has not worked on the truck. Where do I find out what's wrong with it? Is it the fuses and where are they located? Is it the horn relay? I'd really would like to get it working. Any help or suggestions.

Good morning,

I attached a picture of the location of the horn and the relay for you to view.

You will need a test light to test for power in the system. Do you have a test light? We will have to do some tests to see where the failure is located.
