To replace the relay, open the engine compartment. See picture 1 for relay / fuse box location. Open the fuse / relay box and locate the horn relay (see pic 2). I circled the relay location in the picture. Simply grasp the relay and pull upwards on it. It will come out. To replace, press it fully into the relay socket.
If you are not sure if the relay is bad, here is a link that explains how to check a relay. I will also add a few links you may find helpful when checking it.

While the relay is removed, look down into where it normally sits to make sure there is no corrosion or damage to the pins it connects to. It is also a good idea to put dielectric grease on the relay connectors to prevent corrosion and improve electrical connections.
