You must go water hunting. Get a friend that you trust, and have them lock you in the trunck (might be a good idea to have the back seat removed). Oh, and have a flash light. Your friend is to make it rain with a water hose. Dont shoot hard water directly on the seal, but spary the car as if it were raining. Look for the leak on the trunk seal. If it stays dry, then look at the back window seal. I have seen the rear window seal leak, and if you take it to a glass company, they can remove the glass, clean it, and reinstall with a new seal. Problem solved.
If its not the trunk or rear window, look at the sunroof and side windows. Sometimes water can get in a channel and run a long way before it shows its head.
Good luck and post the fix when you find it.
