92 Prelude Si - Battery light and Oil Pressure Light blink

i drive a 1992 Honda Prelude Si - with H23A1, its a 5 speed, with about 153k miles on it

i just changed the oil, flushed the radiator, and serviced the transmission.

so this happened twice yesterday while driving

as i was accelerating in 2nd, about to shift to third, my car stuttered a bit, as in, when the rpm was going past 5000, it jumped to 6 and then the car just kind of shook and stopped accelerating, and both the oil pressure and battery lights blinked on

i wasnt sure what was wrong but i slowed down,

since i was on my way home i just figured i'd take it easy

as i pull up to a stop sign, the battery light and oil pressure light blink on again

and then my car stalled

i had to start it up again, then i was able to drive it home with no problems, the lights did not come on again

any one know why this would happen?
