2001 Prelude very loud, vibrates, after park, ticks

Hello there I have a 2001 SH prelude with less than 97,000 kms and has a vtech engine. It also has cold air intake and I guess a fancy exhaust (bought like that) When I did an inspection with the dealer, they said it was the left ball bearing, which I found hard to believe, another person with a new car, was recommended same thing, ironic? I feel that this car is very noisy and sometimes I just feel the handle of the hand break and that vibrates, when I park my car, for about 5-7 minutes it makes a ticking noise. I had asked my bf what that was all about. He doesnt know, so I am asking you, the repair gurus to help me out and recommend what I need to do to rectify this situation.

oops I may have forgot to mention that for the bearing, they were asking me to fix the front left bearing,
i guess ofcourse when you press on the race, and the odometer raises, thats when the noise also gets louder
