2001 Honda Prelude no tail lights

When i turn my lights on I have no tail lights, marker lights and no dash lights. When I use my remote to lock the car, the tail lights and marker lights flash on. The fuse is fine, so are all the bulbs. What could the problem be?

From the symptom description, the fault should be with the combination switch. The taillight circuit is bad.
