2001 Honda Prelude Belts

My honda started squealing a few months ago. I took it in to Big O Tires to get a new tire and asked them to look at it. They said all my belts looked good and were a little loose. They said they tightened them and hoped that would fix the problem. It did for a few days and then it started doing it off and on again. It normally does it when the engine is cold and especially when the A/C is turned on.

i would have the belts replaced
