Well I'm assuming you know how to get to the gasket? Remove the old gasket, whip the groove/seating the gasket sets in. Now lube it with gasket adhesive (they sell it everywhere). Now put everything back together, but do not over tighten the bolt for the valve cover. I usually let it sit for 2-3 hours before starting (personal preference). Although it is an easy procedure, with that amount of milege I would get a valve adjustment while everything is exposed. I have an 2001 Prelude Type-SH and I get an adjustment every 20k mi. and replace gasket when its done. Do not attempt this adjustment on your own, thats a warning.
