1999 Honda Prelude clutch not working

I'm having a problem w/ the clutch when you step on the clutch it goes all the way down but won't come back up after replacing the clutch. I bled the system, replaced both the master cylinder and the slave cylinder (doesn't use wire it's self adjusting). The clutch is still the same... I took off the tranny off and checked the clutch, bearing, and fork they all look good. Could you point me in the right direction, thank you.

Hi there,

I do feel that it is a hydraulic problem. I would re check the bleeding make sure all connections are tight and don't let it run low on fluid while bleeding ,
