1999 Honda Prelude blinker and low beam drivers side

blinkers do not work when lgihts are turned on. both high beam llights work. low beam works on passenger side and drivers side blinker light stays on

The issue should be a grounding fault. Check the groundings inside engine compartment at front fender behind the headlights and the rear taillights.
