The biting point of my clutch pedal has been getting higher and higher up the travel of the pedal and is now right near the top making it difficult to pull away smoothly. I havnt experienced any slipping of the clutch. Is this a sign that the clutch will need replacing or could it be something else like the hydraulics need bleeding?

Hi prizedprelude,

The symptoms indicates the clutch disk is almost worn and replcement is due soon. Any fault with the hydraulics would be reverse in symptoms, getting lower and lower.
