ignition coil, crack in housing

These were the notes along with the suggestion of a new catalytic converter after diagnostic, full tune-up, and check engine light coming back on. Is the cat converter a crucial fix? What should I do about the ignition coil?

Hi Dyamimt,

If the coil housing is cracked, it has the tendency to misfire under load so you should replace it.

Get tha coil replaced and see if the catalytic code disappears.
