1998 Honda Prelude help please

hello, i been having this problem off and on but lately it been happening more than usually. the problem is that after i drive about 30 or 40 minutes on the highway about 70-85 mph. wen i start slowing down and i am in neutral, the car engine just dies on it own. i notice that whenever that does happens the rpm pressure is at 0 that when the engine die. Sometimes it won't start start again it crack and everything but it just won't start until about 5 minutes later. but every moring it start up fine and everything. oh yeah i have a 98 honda prelude turbo charge (greddy) with a h 2.2 engine. please help me so i can get it fix thankyou.

Try replacing the main relay
