1998 Honda Prelude Clutch seems to slip.

My issue has to pertain to my clutch slipping. The clutch engages fine, but when I get into a higher gear such as 3rd 4th and 5th, and apply the gas, all i get is the engine reving and not acceleration. Do you have an idea of what the problem might be? Thanks for the help.

Yes clutch disc is slipping due to excessive ware and/or pressure plate failure
