My care is over heating and the engine is smoking. I was told the upper radiator hose was torn and leaking coolant. Quoted $560.00 for repair! Is this normal?

Overheating issues can range from a couple hundreds to more than a thousand and that would depend on what needs to be replaced.

If only the upper hose needs to be replaced, the price quoted is too high.
