I have a 1997 Honda prelude base model. What I am experiencing is that during certain kinds of weather (humid, rainy and other times) when I come to a stop and depress my clutch my idle will drop to around 2-300 and then almost stutter sometimes and them come back up to idle. Also, upon a cold start when I come to a stop the car will idle very rough almost shaking but will go away when warmed up. To note I do have Cold air intake/headers/exhaust. Any help would be appreciated.

try cleaning out the throttle bore and the idle speed controller with carb cleaner and a rag. That should help stabilize the idle

Hi finejn,

If the above suggestiion does not help, check for blockages in the bypass hoses connecting the EACV, fast idle and throttle body.
