My car rides rough, It feels like it will shake you out of the car. I just realize. One of my lugs is out of the front passenger wheel, will this cause my car to shake

Yes it will most definetly if it is only a 4 stud model. Check to see that hte rest of them are tight also.

Also, I would check the tires for separation. Lift the car in the front and then the rear to spin the tires for inspection.
