Hi there,

You will need to remove the door trim and check the power supply to the motor, if the supply is OK the motor will be faulty, if no power check that the switch is functioning correctly, if you don't feel up to doing this your mechanic can check this in about 1/2 Hr.

I have a voltage meter, but not familiar with the operations. What settings should I use. Thanks

Hi there,

Use 12Volts, now if the plug into the motor has only 2 wires, they will switch polarity for up and down, so don't get confused on that.
