The car looses its braking ability at times i just replaced the all the pads checked for leaks and filled it with brake fluid. As im driving and the car starts heating up it will sometimes not brake almost at all.

Does brake pedal fade to floor, or does it feel like it's hardening up ? If it fades to floor, you may have a master cylender problem. A bad master cylender can cause pedal to go to floor without leaking fluid. If it hardens up, you may have a problem w/vacuum to booster or a bad booster.
