1993 Honda Prelude Spark Plug Problem

1993 Honda Prelude 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 188k miles

I just installed the head gasket and all 4 spark plugs still do not have power. What is wrong?

No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/COP/coil packs,coil's resistances,distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, cam and crank sensors and computer Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it.
