1993 Honda Prelude 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

i got a 93 prelude si and I cant figure out what is wrong, I got it to work three months ago just fine. The batterie is good the alternator is fine. It just wont turn over. And there also a hole under my distributor cap that leaks out radiator fluid. Can anyone help me?

The coo;lant leakage should be due to a cracked heater hose under the distributor. A visual inspection would be able to confirm this.
