1992 Honda Prelude smokes

hey guys. im having a problem with my 92 prelude. recently my car has been idling. comes to find out there was oil in my spark plugs. i recently replaced my valve cover gaskets, spark plug wires and spark plugs. At first there was smoke coming from the engine and the repositioned the valve cover gasket. now my engine is lacking power and smoke is comming out of the exhaust manifold. how can i fix this problem? thanks for your help.

no. seems like low fuel pressure

well that may be because oil is entering the chamber, either through the valve seals or the piston rings.
