1992 Honda Prelude running rich

i have a 92 prelude and ive done alot of work. It has headers, exhaust, cold air intank, ect. the Problem im having is its started to throw code 43 (fuel suppy system)...i also know its running rich from the plus. was wondering if i put new injectors, aem fuel rail and aem regulator if this would solve the problem... all ready replaced fuel pump, filter and o2 senser. Can any one help thanks

Rich condition:

Possible causes include a bad O2 sensor, excessive fuel pressure (bad fuel pressure regulator or plugged return line), leaky fuel injectors, dirty air filter or restricted air inlet, or a defective coolant sensor that prevents the engine management system from going into closed loop mode.
