1992 Honda Prelude my clutch

I bought a wrecked 92 lude minor damage in the front. When I push the clutch pedal down it stays down. I cant get the car in gear with the motor running. I opened the bleeder next to the engine/clutch and it will squirt fluid out but the pedal remains down and the clutch arm doesnt move9 I cant even force it to move. Thank you
