fuel pump not working?

is there a fuel pressure solenoid before the relay and if so where is it. i have power at the fuel pump before start but after the initial few seconds it doesn't power up again

Inspect and test the PGM-FI Main relay it powers the fuel pump here is a guide and the relay location in the diagrams below.
