1992 Honda Prelude Batter light pops up

I have a 92 honda prelude SI, I just got it almost a month ago and its been giving me problems here and there. My belt broke for the ac compressor/alternator and I had to get a used ac compressor and a new belt. But the belt fell off and broke again yesterday. My power steering belt( I think thats what it is) broke as well but only on the right hand side as if it was rubbing against the edge of the pulley.

But the electrical problem that im having is with the battery. When the ac compressor went bad it wouldnt spin anymore, and the belt broke the first time, both the ac and alternator belt are rotating together with that belt, so when it broke the alternator wasnt running anymore. So I was running off of battery for two days and my batter went out on me. At the same time, the battery fuse went bad as well. So I had to replace that, and I got a new battery, but my battery light in my dash keeps popping up and I dont know why. I got a new battery so what could it be?
