1991 Honda Prelude 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

I have installed the crank shaft pulley and now i cannot get the belt to tighten ao power the alternator. Need to know how to make the adjustment

Below the alternator near the front end there is bolt for you to adjust the belt tension.
