My car lights run dim while idling, and brighten up when I accelerate. Battery checked good. I checked the voltage while engine running and voltage drops to a steady 11.6vdc. As I accelerate, voltage increases to 13.8-14.2vdc but as soon as I let go, it drops back down to 11.6vdc. I've changed the alternator twice this year. Do you have any idea what else can be causing that? Thanks!

Hi syphonfilter77,

Check if the crankpulley damper is faulty. You might need to replace the pulley.
