1990 Honda Prelude Charging system doesn't work

I change my alternator. It does not charge. The battery light does not turn on, even when I do the blub check. The rpm goes to 2000 and stays there all other gauges don't work. Please help I love this car

Test the alternator, all the fusible links and wiring from the alternator to the ignition switch and the ignition switch itself

I tested all fuses. The alternator is good. It getting power to all wire to the voltage regulator except the one to the ecu
