1990 Honda Prelude 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 18K miles

WELL WE DIDN'T GET HELP FROM YOU GUYS THAT WE NEEDED. (WE NEVER USED YOUR SERVICE BEFORE). WE NOW ARE GETTING THE REPAIR DONE IN A SHOP. I WOULD REALLY LIKE MY $10 BACK. I AM NOT WORKING AT THIS TIME. MY FAMILY AND I REALLY NEED THE MONEY BACK.

You should have replied to the original post so that the techincian handling your case can continue.

Never mind, I will inform the administrators to refund you the money if it had not been done yet.
