Sometimes late at night I can hear the engine fan on my Prelude start to run, it goes half an hour then turns off. The car has been sitting in below freezing temps for 2-3 hours before hand, so it still can't think it's hot. Any ideas?
thanks

Check for a sticking fan relay and the temperature switch for the gauge.

Sure the cooling fan timer unit is bad, I would swap it out for a new unit. The timer is integrated into the engine control unit. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
