I have replaced the main relay RZ-0081 and still the EFI fuse (10A)
keeps blowing when turning ignition key on.

Hi drewshonda,

Is it fuse # 20 ( 10 A) ?

Relays seldom causes shorting. Unplug the relay and test if problem occurs. If not, the shorting is beyond the relay and it is something that is being controlled by the relay. The item most likely to be the culprit would be the fuel pump.
