1989 Honda Prelude 4 cyl Manual 167,00 miles

My carburetors are going out on my 1989 Honda Prelude and I am wondering how much is normal to pay for the repair. I was quoted $1100!!! Please help!

The carb assy is listed at $954 so the quoted price is reasonable if you are replacing the assy. The labor time is 4.8 hours.
