1989 Honda Prelude 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Manual

My fuel pump isn't getting any power, but the fuse is still good and receiving power. What would be the cause of the pump not getting any power?

Inspect and test the PGM-FI main relay it powers the fuel pump and also test the yellow and black wire to the fuel pump if its open.
