This prelude is a 2.0 FI.I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter,Dizzy cap, dizzy rotor, plugs and wires, and ignition control module. I still caint get it to start. Wen i first crank it a strong orange spark will arc from plug but if i crank it again without letting it sit for a sec no spark. It will try to start with just a little chug then nothing.A strong odor of gas coming from exhaust while cranking.Fuel pressure ok at filter where the test site is.Im stumped Even tryed spraying starter fluid in throttle body nothing. Im thinking either pressure regulator or ecm?

Orange spark means weak ignition system recheck the sysytem start by checking the coil's primary and secondary resistances.
