What is the procedure for replacing the oil pan gasket? Do I have to loosen or take off the front exhhaust pipe?

Hi macdonaldal,
Yes, you need to remove the part from manifold to catalytic converter.
The lower cross member and any other covers needs to be reomved as well.
You would have full access to oil pan after doing above.
