Whats is the proper fuel mixture for a 1985 honda prelude with a side-draft carburetor and how do you adjust the fuel mixture appropriately?

Close the mixture screw/s and then back it out 2 turns now start the car and adjust idle screw to specified rpm-now start turning in the mix screw slowly till the engine starts to misfire then back out 1/4 turn-same as other mix screw-then final adjust the curb idle screw to base idle-
