I had my pilot serviced today and was told that the transmission oil was low (about half full) but that there were no leaks. I have been reading on the internet that this is unlikely. While I have seen no oil leaks is it possible to low transmission oil levels without an oil leak?

Hi T Stockhausen,

Without any leaks, transmission fluid do not dry up. Either it was not properly checked or the during previous fluid change it was not correctly filled.
